As our members engage in the enhancement of the quality results with high motivation, the results are becoming better and better. Loss and damage is reduced. In order to prove this, we have formed teams in the terminals that regularly analyse the damage statistics.
We have commenced a dialogue with insurance companies with the aim of making them accept the Code and its requirements as a claims prevention measure leading to a reduction in premiums. We hope that the benefits from the outcome of our talks with the insurance companies will benefit all stakeholders taking a risk. This is one of our top priorities in the work plan for the next years.
